It has been tested and provide to kill Geobacillus stearothermophilus with over 5.00 log reduction at the contact time of only 5 seconds. Geobacillus stearothermophilus is a thermophilic, spore-forming bacterium that can survive and grow in high-temperature environments, such as those found in milk and yogurt pasteurization. While Geobacillus stearothermophilus is not considered a pathogen, meaning it does not cause disease in humans, it can cause spoilage of milk and dairy products. Zanolyte® has been tested and proven to kill spores forming bacteria, yeast, and mold in just 1 minute of contact time. In fact, Zanolyte® could kill over 99.999% of human coronavirus in 30 seconds.
